Issue During the Exam
Language Change Problem: If you attempt to change the language during your exam and experience slow loading, page freezing, unresponsive page, or page refreshing, the issue may be due either to the limited performance of your computer or to a technical problem with your network (internet).
If the issue is related to your computer (e.g., an older device that overheats during the exam), we recommend using another computer in better condition.
If the issue is related to your network, you may try connecting your computer directly with an Ethernet cable or using mobile data. If the problem persists, we suggest relocating to a different place or home.
