This article clarifies that lawyer validation is not required for DOATAP applications. Since the university sends the official documents directly to DOATAP upon receiving the student’s authorization form, no additional legal verification is necessary.
A lawyer’s certification is not required, as the documents are also sent by us after receiving your authorization. We are the official issuing authority of the documents.
