This article outlines the full procedure for graduates who wish to have their degree recognized by DOATAP. It explains how to submit the electronic application, what university documents are required, and where to access the necessary forms, including the Authorization Form. All documents are sent to both the applicant and DOATAP once the process is initiated.
Below you will find the steps you need to follow as a graduate regarding DOATAP (Hellenic National Academic Recognition Information Center):
To have your degree recognized by DOATAP, you must submit your recognition application electronically. The process can begin only once you have received your degree.
Applications are submitted exclusively online at: https://e-doatap.doatap.gr/
Documents related to the university will be sent both to you and to DOATAP, so you can upload them in your application.
All of the above steps can be completed only after you fill in and send to the university the attached Authorization Form for Document Submission and Dispatch.
(Please leave the name of the authorized person blank.)
The documents issued by the university (for both on-campus and distance learning graduates) include:
-
Degree Certificate
-
Official Transcript
Depending on the case, additional documents may include:
-
Credit Transfer Certificate from another institution
-
Internship Certificate
The Mode of Study Certificate, as required on the DOATAP website, is mandatory for all distance learning programs for students who enrolled after 06/10/2022.
