Submitting a Medical Insurance Reimbursement Claim

This article outlines the full procedure for international students to request reimbursement from their insurance provider for medical expenses incurred in Cyprus. Every time you visit a doctor, you must request them to fill the following claim form: https://studentseucac.sharepoint.com/:b:/g/EXwfINxcWRVAnfMpMgh6XCgBpPCm3C2jg-NbnG0tUDcw5A and get a receipt for all the payments you make. However, the form with a receipt is never enough. If you have any diagnostic tests you must also ask the doctor to give you the results of the tests. 

The form and other supporting documents should initially be sent by email, within a week form the incident, to [e-mail] and [e-mail] and after they respond to your email, if they don’t ask for more documentations you should bring all the originals to the International Advisor of the university, within a month from the incident, to be sent to the insurance company. Once your claim is approved, you will receive the refund directly in your bank account.
