This article provides step-by-step instructions for EUC students on how to log in to their university email account through the OneLogin portal. It explains how to access WebMail (Office 365), use two-factor authentication if required, and open Outlook to view your emails.
STEP 1: Go to OneLogin page https://gge-cyp.onelogin.com
STEP 2: Enter your university credentials (Email and password).
If you are already signed in to Office 365, Outlook, or another Microsoft account (for example, a personal Hotmail, Outlook, or Gmail account), you must first sign out before continuing.
If you do not sign out, the system may automatically log you in with the wrong account and you will not be able to access your university email.
To avoid this issue:
Sign out from any other Microsoft/Office 365 account.
Close all browser tabs.
Reopen your browser and go to https://gge-cyp.onelogin.com
Log in using your university credentials, as described in the steps above.
This ensures you will successfully access your EUC student email account.
STEP 3: Click on the “WebMail EUC Students”
STEP 4: On the top left corner click on the square and then select “Outlook”
STEP 5: After you click on Outlook you will be able to see your emails
If you’re having trouble logging in because you forgot your password or it has expired, don’t worry. You can reset it by following the steps below:
- Go to https://gge-cyp.onelogin.com
- Click **"Forgot Password"**
- Enter your university email and click **"Continue"**
- Check your personal email for a password reset link
- Click the link and enter a new password
- Your new password must:
- Be at least 14 characters long
- Include one uppercase letter
- Include one lowercase letter
- Include one number
- Include one special character
Your password is now successfully changed
