The following instructions explain how to reset your OneLogin (My EUC Login) password if you’ve forgotten it, or has expired. These steps also apply if you wish to reset or change your email password.
STEP 1: Go to OneLogin page https://gge-cyp.onelogin.com
STEP 2: Click on "Forgot Password".
STEP 3: Enter your university email and then click “Continue”.
STEP 4: You will receive a link to your personal email.
STEP 5: Click on the link, then enter a new password for your account.
STEP 6: The password must be at least 14 characters long and contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
STEP 7: Your password has been changed.
