- Log in to Your University Email
Visit outlook.office.com and sign in using your university email credentials. - Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. - Search for “Forwarding”
In the search bar at the top of the Settings panel, type “forwarding” and select Email Forwarding or Forwarding Settings. - Enable Forwarding
Check the box that says Enable forwarding. - Enter Your Personal Email Address
Type in the personal email address where you want your university emails to be sent. - (Optional) Keep a Copy
If you’d like to keep a copy in your university inbox, check the box that says Keep a copy of forwarded messages. - Save Changes
Click Save or Apply to activate forwarding.
