This article explains how to change the display language in Blackboard Ultra.
To change the display language in Blackboard:

Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra via My EUC Login.

From the left-hand menu, click on your name.

You will be taken to your Profile page.

Click on the Language option.

Select your preferred language from the list.
