Here's how you can check and allow browser permissions for microphone and camera access, depending on the browser you're using:
🔹 For Google Chrome:

Open Chrome and go to your Blackboard course or Collaborate session.

Click the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar (left of the URL).

You'll see Camera and Microphone listed.

Set both to "Allow".

Refresh the page to apply the changes.
🔹 For Mozilla Firefox:

Open Firefox and go to your Blackboard page or session.

Click the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar.

Click the arrow next to Connection Secure → then More Information.

In the window that appears, go to the Permissions tab.

Scroll to Use the Microphone and Use the Camera.
